ONLINE ORDER
The online order is there to accommodate the most usual orders. If for some reason you need an option that is not listed, then use the regular mail order where you can also attach special instructions.
REGULAR MAIL ORDER
Print the order form, fill it in manually and mail the form and your cheque to the CPFA Band Secretary.
Use the mailing address provided on the form.
